Stephanie Hale comes from a family with five generations in real estate, giving her a natural, lifelong understanding of property. Over the past 30 years, she has built close connections with academic staff at Oxford University, providing valuable insight into the needs of both landlords and tenants.
She has also spent three decades working with high-level professionals, including internationally recognised entrepreneurs, speakers and authors – shaping her approach around trust, discretion, and long-term relationships.
After recognising that many of her clients weren’t receiving the level of service they deserved, she founded Hale Property to offer a more reliable, hands-on and personal approach – helping landlords enjoy a smoother, more dependable rental experience while ensuring professionals are well looked after.
